We also ship to New Zealand via Australia Post Standard Economy Air for a flat rate of $15. Please note, parcel to New Zealand may take up to 30 days to arrive.
Please check your junk mail for emails from us regarding your order. As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with postage tracking details.
Please note that deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home or you think your parcel is overdue we suggest you use the shipping code provided to track it. We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels. Once we have dispatched an item, it then becomes the responsibility of the postage company.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do, therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your item for a online store credit, with postage being at your cost. Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
How to return and item
Please email us for return address.
Please ensure you include your original purchase receipt as we require it to identify you and your order. Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. It is highly recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for returning your item to us e.g registered, express post or courier. Please record the tracking number incase the parcel goes missing. We cannot be held responsible if this occurs.
Each item we send out is individually inspected before posting, however if you have received a product that is faulty please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org We will happily cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item. The only time we will offer a refund, is if we cannot replace the faulty garment with the identical original purchase.
Returns on sale items
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on Sale items. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
We only offer exchanges or a credit note for returns. A refund will only be issued if the item is faulty and we cannot replace it for an identical item.
